Reverend Jeff Ownby is an ordained, Christian minister and Pastor of Pinnacle Bible Church in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Jeff is a Gatlinburg native involved in this ministry for more than 30 years and has been performing specialized wedding ceremonies in Gatlinburg for over 21 years.

Above the Mist is the brainchild of Reverend Jeff Ownby. Reverend Ownby has one simple goal: to make your wedding day and ceremony perfect. His ceremonies are tailored to your desires, based in Biblical scripture, and are performed from the heart. More like a conversation than a sermon, Jeff’s focus during your ceremony is the celebration of your love and commitment to each other.

Jeff and his wife, Megan, live in Gatlinburg, Tennessee and have six children: Jared, and his wife Beth; Erin and Husband Ron, Destiney and Husband Brandon, Ryan Grace, Rylee, and Reese. They also have 9 beautiful Grandchildren
Jeff is the Gatlinburg City Planner & has served as elected City Commissioner and Mayor for the city of Gatlinburg. Reverend Ownby holds a degree in Industrial Engineering.
